Sadly, our society is not always designed around supporting our best health. Even very health-conscious individuals are noticing how hard it can be to feel grounded, balanced, and clear-headed. There are toxins in our food, water supply, and in the air we breathe. We’re often over-working and under-sleeping, trying to juggle the realities of everyday life. Stress is the biggest drain on our immune system and this culture of go-go-go doesn’t’t allow for us to properly nourish and replenish. Over time, our bodies become overwhelmed and we start to feel unwell.
How do we live in today’s world and take care of ourselves?
The good news is that Ayurvedic principles are practical, simple, and effective. Ayurveda is not about learning, but about remembering the knowledge we all have within.
