Are you...
Constantly feeling overwhelmed and anxious?
Always bloated after eating?
Sick of your hormones running the show?
Exhausted all the damn time?
Ready to finally make peace with food and your one beautiful body?
Then Ayurveda is for you.
Ayurveda is NOT a diet or program of restriction, counting, or measuring. Ayurveda is an ancient Indian healing system focusing on bringing the body back into its natural balance. It is a conscious pathway to deep rejuvenation and nourishment.
Often times, women are so busy taking care of others that we train ourselves and our bodies to function even while experiencing chronic, elevated stress and anxiety.
There is a better way.
If you are a busy woman who...
struggles with digestive issues like bloating, gas, constipation, indigestion, heartburn, and acid reflux
experiences anxiety, exhaustion, or stress or burn out daily
carries around sluggishness, heaviness, or excess weight
experiences brain fog or forgetfulness too often
suffers painful menstrual cycles or peri + menopause symptoms
struggles to fall or stay asleep
deals with skin imbalances like acne, eczema, or psoriasis, or hair loss
craves an intimate group of like minded people to offer support, accountability, and motivation
is looking to heal their body naturally and create lifelong change
The Satiated Woman is for you!
“
Regardless of how I honored my cravings I could feel my 40 year old body needed some nutrition it wasn’t getting. I was so damn tired and my hormones felt out of control.
On my first call with Marissa, I knew she was my guide. Her grounded and soulful energy (plus her expansive education) has been the reason I feel healthier than I ever have! If you’re committed to an anti-diet lifestyle, sense your body needs more nutrition, want to balance your hormones, have (truly) sustained energy, and want a soul sister to be by your side every step of the way – run, don’t walk, to work with Marissa.
Stop for a breath.
Imagine what would it feel like to be deeply satiated -- in body, mind and soul?
What could you create in your life from that place?
To feel satiated in your life, you need to respond to the needs of your body, first and foremost. As you age, your body needs more dedicated attention and support. The symptoms you experience are your body’s way of asking (ok, maybe demanding) that support. The closer you listen to your body, the quicker you can make adjustments, and reset.
Yes, you can age gracefully. You just need help moving your body out of survival mode. To be willing to go deep. A supportive community will take you further than you ever dreamed you were capable of on your own.
Are you ready for a total mind and body reset?
What is an Ayurvedic Reset?
An Ayurvedic reset will show you how to cleanse and detox healthfully. Ayurveda teaches the necessity of a detoxification process in the transitional seasons (fall and spring) as a way to reset your metabolism to digest foods efficiently in the extreme seasons (summer and winter).
Cleansing is a necessary part of maintaining a healthy fat metabolism and organ health. You especially want a very efficient running liver, as it performs over 500 vital functions. (Imagine the impact on the body when an organ that performs over 500 vital functions is diseased or running
sluggishly.) But a cleanse alone falls short.
An Ayurvedic reset is a conscious pathway to deep rejuvenation and nourishment. You nourish your body not only with food, but with your daily habits. Your body needs to digest everything you take in through your senses. This means what you see, hear, touch, taste and smell all impact you in profound ways. Strong digestion is the key to your physical, emotional and spiritual health.
This is a lifelong investment in your health, longevity, and the divine feminine.
Inside The Satiated Woman, you will find your
body’s natural rhythm and you'll…
Know how to eat for your body and love it
Feel calm and grounded throughout the month because your nervous system is regulated
Sustain energy throughout the day without coffee
Feel hormonally balanced and at ease during your cycle
Enjoy meals without any bloating
Build healthy and sustainable daily rituals that you look forward to
Make decisions with clarity because brain fog is no longer a thing
Reconnect with true hunger, desire, motivation and your zest for life
Feel inspired, empowered, and ready to show up for yourself

Marissa has been such a light in the challenging places of my health journey. When working with my complicated GI issues, she is so caring, thoughtful, and mindful of what my body needs at every session. Her ability to see beyond my symptoms and get to the root of what is causing them allows the medicine to go deeper than I ever imagined. I have gotten to know my body's rhythms and feel infinitely more empowered around my health through working with her. Marissa has a clear and profound understanding of Ayurvedic Medicine and can really lay out a step-by-step guide for the future and getting back to wellness.

Unparalleled support begins here
Phase 1: Prepare
We’ll be preparing the container. That is your body. On a physical, emotional and spiritual level, we will set the stage for all the healing that will take place over the next 3 months. Very practically it’s a pre cleanse stage where we strategically open the detox channels, preparing our body to release toxins safely and efficiently through food and lifestyle rituals. We will learn how and when to eat in addition to what types of foods to favor.
Phase 2: Cleanse
With 3 different cleanse options, you will learn how to effectively and safely flush toxins out of your body and heal your gut. This will either be a kitchari mono diet, or warm, cooked nourishing dishes. Simultaneously, you’ll cleanse your energetic plate, your head space, and your emotional body, creating space to experience nourishment and vibrance.
Phase 3: Reintegrate
Learn how to properly reintroduce a wide variety of foods back into your diet, while maintaining the benefits of the cleanse and without causing harm.
Phase 4: Rejuvenate
Rebuild and renourish your life force. Learn Ayurvedic healing rituals and routines that reset your nervous system and create the foundation for a satiated body and satiated soul.

This past year, I had gained a lot of weight in a short period of time, and just couldn’t shake it. My blood pressure and cholesterol were too high and my doctor wanted me to go on medication. My legs and ankles were swelling, I was dealing with fatigue in the afternoons and insomnia at night, and I had body odor for the first time in my life. Within a week of following Marissa’s recommendations, I began to feel significantly better in my body. A few months later, I went back to the doctor to retest. My cholesterol and blood pressure were back to normal. My energy is better, I’m able to fall asleep, and I no longer rely on coffee to get through the afternoons. This has been such a great experience that I’ve committed to implementing Ayurvedic practices in my daily life indefinitely. I couldn’t recommend Marissa more!

I was feeling blah. My skin was dry, my hair was dull, and my energy was low. I knew there were natural ways to improve my health but I didn’t know where to start (and yes, I googled it all!). My goal was to improve from the inside out naturally… enter Marissa. I was a little nervous to meet with an ayurvedic practitioner because I’m vegan and I thought that there were typically heavy uses of butter and ghee in Ayurveda. Marissa reassured me that Ayurveda is about the individual and what I need specifically.
After my time with Marissa, I have clear, simple action steps to improve my skin, hair, and energy levels. Marissa helped me understand what my body needs to function at a higher level, everything from a routine to topical treatments to self-care practices to supporting different organs that need a little love. I feel empowered to take control of my health through natural means. I 100% recommend Marissa to anyone who wants to feel more confident in their skin and all around better in their health by healing from the inside out. Her curiosity and wealth of knowledge will help you get to the root of your health questions.

My sudden body changes began 6 months after the pandemic started. I am a single mom working two jobs. Busy to say the least, not feeling well, and struggling to get through the day. I didn’t know what else to do, who to go to for help. I felt that it would be really difficult to implement any restrictive diets or treatments into my already extremely busy life.
When I started working with Marissa, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to make changes in my routine. However, Marissa dedicated an extensive amount of time to ask me specific questions regarding my health, feelings, needs, goals, and expectations. She really listened. The first major change I noticed was that my rashes were gone! My sleeping patterns changed. I can officially say that I can sleep 8 hours with no interruptions, and wake up with energy. My hair loss decreased significantly, and abdominal pains decreased as well.
Marissa really cares about her clients. She would check on me and follow up to see if there was a need to reassess the plan and if we needed to make any changes. Her approach is holistic, caring, and proactive. When I fell off the wagon, she was empathetic and gave me the tools to get back on it. She has been coaching me to be kinder to myself. That made a huge difference in how I approached my treatment.
If you are seeking to improve your overall health and the way you feel about your body and yourself with a natural, mindful, and caring approach, Marissa is the person.

Since working with Marissa, I have been mindful of not just what I'm eating, but how I'm eating it. Her specific insights about food mixing, as well as the attention paid to my meals has impacted how I eat and when I eat. I feel like that has had a positive impact on my digestion, and also generally my relationship with food. I look forward to eating, rather than treating it as a chore, or purely as an indulgence. When my digestion is better, my bowel movements are better. The older I get, the more I pay attention to BMs! If you're reading this, that's probably not TMI for you, A little attention (and a lot of greens) go a long way. She also has a lot of information about inflammation and inflammatory/anti-inflammatory foods which was great context for me, someone with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Inflammation is my enemy (like many others) and thinking about ways to key into my nutrition has definitely helped manage my conditions. My skin is clearer now than it has been in years, and my arthritis hasn't been worsening, which is a win for any chronic condition.
In my conversations with Marissa, I enjoyed her straightforward style, as well as her keen listening skills. In most medical or health-related environments, I constantly feel like I'm not heard or listened to and that is not the case with Marissa. She let me share, and prodded for real information and my real experience rather than rushing to conclusions or strategies without considering the whole picture.
